H.P. Burdette built his bridge in 1942 on his property near Woodbine from barn timbers. The bridge was 24' long and crossed a tributary to the South Branch of the Patapsco River in Howard County. It stood until about 1980. Photo above taken 1963, below photo taken 1977. |
